Facilities Engineer
• Providing input in different phases of the projects from concept selection to commissioning and handover.
• Design and process simulations of different facilities (central processing facilities, pipelines, pumps & compressors etc.).
• Ensuring correct materials and equipment are used and that they conform to specifications.
• Provide input for the preparation of terms of reference for the development of engineering work packages by engineering consultants.
• Preparing specifications of material in accordance with design specification, raising requisitions and doing technical evaluation of supplier’s bids.
• Monitoring contracts and raising requisitions in the system in order to establish new contracts timely.
• Reviewing contracts\' drafts.
• Conducting and defining methodologies for modification jobs (MoC).
• Striving for continuous improvement by using different tools such as lean six sigma.
• Conducting plant and field optimization, diagnosing bottlenecks and conducting debottlenecking studies accordingly.
• Process Safety Reviews, Risk Assessments, desktop exercises and HAZOP studies.
• Review and evaluation of contractors & designers proposals / bids.
• Engineering support to plant operations and maintenance departments.
• Coordination to other disciplines, vendors and engineering consultants
